The author with a True Inspiration: Muon McHippus
QuantumSparks in the brainchild of Marti McGinnis and all the animals who have done their best to alert her to their potential as teachers of inspiration. This includes pet cats, dogs, horses as well as the birds who flock to her feeders and the bees who live in the east wall of her home.
As a long time artist in her own right, Marti has made literally thousand upon thousands of paintings, drawings, sculptures, and graphics using her keen ability to find starting point almost anywhere the human circle intersects with the natural world. Additionally, as a teacher of art for six years at the Evanston Art Center, a hugely successful art school outside Chicago, Marti practiced the fine craft of helping others explore their own wonderful potential through visual art.
These posts are an ongoing project from the creative core of Marti McGinnis. Each one focuses on some aspect of learning with animals that highlight Marti’s own creative considerations as integral to the process. A book is in the works.
